SHIPPING
• Some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for airmail. Such as Canadian, Australian and United Kingdom post. You can track your package on site of Ukrainian post, it shows the last place in Ukraine where your parcel was registered.
• If you prefer to ship via international express mail which included tracking and insurance please ask us for prices.
• If you package has not arrived please take it up with your local post office.
• I mark international orders as a gift.
• Signature is required upon delivery.
LOST PACKAGES
PACKAGES IS CONSIDERED AS LOST if it doesn't come within 60 days from sending date and tracking does not work.
Please take note I`m not liable for lost or stolen packages, if your package is marked delivered it means it was scanned by your post man before it's put in your mail box. I ship regular first class mail which makes shipping affordable but it does not include insurance. If you package has not arrived please contact with your local post office.
ACCESSORY CARE TIPS
PLEASE TREAT YOUR PIECES WITH LOVE AND CARE
I recommend you to use the accessories carefully as I`m not responsible for the maintenance of your pieces. In work, I use high quality materials that are carefully checked for integrity and strength before the shipment. But they may not withstand hard labor! Because some details are quite delicate please treat your pieces with love and care.
In case of contamination, wipe with a soft damp cloth or a soft wet napkin. In case of severe pollution - with the addition very very little drop of liquid detergent or shampoo.After washing, it is enough to get wet with a towel or a napkin.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
I send order to Etsy shipping address. I will not be held responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout
You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, convo me with the correct address as soon as possible.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible, and we will solve any problem.
You may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt, at your expense.
Please notify me by e-mail that you will be returning your purchase.
I CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PERSONAL ORDERS
If you are returning an item please mark it as GIFT otherwise the Ukranian Post will assume I purchased something from your country and I will have to pay a tax for that.
I will refund the purchase price through PayPal.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
PLEASE RETURN THE ITEM IN NEW CONDITION. Items must be in perfect unworn condition and in the gift box I provided.

RE-DELIVERY AND CANCELED ORDER
If the package was delivered to the destination palce and the receiver did not pick up this package, I will refund the money for the item minus paypal commission. The shipping fee is not refundable.
After the parcel returns to me, I can resend your order after repeated payment for the delivery.
