Shipping

Your item(s) will be shipped USPS First Class Mail usually within 1-3 business days of confirmed payment, Monday – Friday (except Holidays).

Generally, it takes 3-5 business days within the United States, depending on where you are. Shipping includes delivery confirmation and insurance.

All items are packaged with sturdy packaging materials to ensure safe delivery. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

All orders will ship to the address listed in your Etsy or PayPal account, please make sure your address is correct before checking out. If your order ships to the incorrect address due to customer error, you will be responsible for reshipping expenses.

Returns

Any returned items must be unused and in their original condition in order to receive a full refund. Once the item(s) are returned safely to me a refund will be issued and applied in the manner you paid for the item. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

All returns must have prior authorization. Please send returns in their original packaging or another sturdy shipping box. Ship USPS along with Delivery Confirmation. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to the seller.
