Damaged & Lost Parcel
We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery. And in case of damage during delivery or loss, we will gladly send you new product. So there are no reasons to be worried :)
I can't track my package?/Last update was week or more ago...?
Don't worry! When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet.
How can I return/exchange my order?
Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange can NOT be proceeded, until we receive the original product in a good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, refund will be proceeded WHEN the product is received by us in a good condition.
Order Preparation
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.
