Where do I put my order specifications?

Once your order is in your cart and you go to checkout, you will see a section called "Notes to Seller". This is where you will put all the specific order detains such as monogram, color, name, personalizations and design options. If I have any questions I will contact you.

Are my items dishwasher safe?

I would advise not to put your items in the dishwasher since the heat can damage the decals. To increase the life of the vinyl, your items should be hand washed. Also, do not scrub the decal.

Can I get a preview of my order?

Upon request, I will gladly send a proof for personalized orders for you to approve before I send your item.

My order is wrong! What should I do?

Sometimes mistakes are made! Just message me and I will get the correct order out to you the next business day.

My item(s) broke during shipping! What should I do?

sometimes items break! Everything will be OK. All you will need to do is send me a picture so I can file a claim with USPS, I will then ship out a new item to you the next business day.
