Tax fees
All orders shipped outside the Ukraine may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. When your package arrives you may have to pay additional customs fees or import taxes for which you are responsible.
These are fees that I can't quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for.
Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order.
If you think this may be the case or you have not ordered from overseas before please check with your post office prior to ordering.
Care instructions
CANCELATION*************
- If immediately after the purchase for some reason you want to cancel your order, please contact us. If after the order has not passed 12 hours we will make a refund in full volume of 100%.
- If after the order has passed more than 24 hours and your order has not yet been made, we guarantee a 90% refund of the price. (We are working through an intermediary, so we cannot get back their commission).
- If your order has already been made, but not sent, and for some reason you need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We guarantee a 50% refund of the price.
- If your order is already shipped, no refund will be made.
Custom and personalized orders
All custom orders, including a personalized engraving items, are non-refundable and can't be exchanged or returned.
If for some reason something arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 3 days of receipt. We will be sure to issue you a refund or replacement.
Parcels returned to us because of incorrect address or unclaimed, will be refunded minus 10% of the order cost and post
A custom order includes any personalized items are non-refundable (place cards, signs, logos, ect.)
Most of our items are made to order and can't be exchanged or returned.
Sizing details
The size of each item is written in the description below or in a drawing in one of the pictures.
When asking for custom sized items, please, specify the measuring units (inches, centimeters).
Can I change / add items to my order ?
Yes, you can make changes to your order, but once your order is processed and goes to production no more changes could be made.
Please have in mind that your order is put on hold until all items are clarified.

Christmas and New Year gifts
Please note!
Orders you purchased after December 1 may not be delivered by Christmas.
We do not give a guarantee on such purchases and do not accept return or refunds.
The listing shows the delivery time and possible delays during the holidays. It depends on the postal service of your country, and we can not affect the work of the postal services.
Please note again, we do not accept returns and do not make refunds for Christmas gifts bought after December 1.
Damaged in Transit
1) Contact me ASAP and send me a photo of the damaged items next to the USPS package so I can file a claim with USPS.
2) Please keep the damaged items in case I am asked to send them to USPS for proof of damage.
3) Depending on how soon your event is, I might be able to send you replacement.
I will do everything I can to mitigate the issue.
I will let you know what your options are, and at that time, you may choose to take that chance
If you leave negative feedback without allowing me to solve the issue, I will not offer any solution and/or send replacement
