There are 3 matching posters for each vowel team. Each poster has a word list of 10-16 words, a 5 sentence passage using those focus words, and 3 supporting pictures. 2 page lesson plan/directions included explaining one of the many ways to use the posters to teach phonics and reading instruction.

26 alphabet word wall posters in two sizes. 8.5 X 11 with 40-41 words and 3 images and alphabet cards sized 4.25 x 11 version with 18-19 words and 1 image.

This product includes four versions of this alphabet poster theme:

1. Item one included is the 26 alphabet posters as a PDF document for you to view and print.

2. Item two included is the 26 alphabet cards. These are smaller than the posters (4.25 X 11) 2 per page. They have 18-19 words and match the larger version posters.

3. Item three included is the 26 alphabet cards again, but the word list is blank with lines for students to write in their focus words for each latter of the alphabet.

4. Item 4 is a PowerPoint with editable versions of all 26 alphabet cards for you to customize the word list specific to your classroom needs. Blank templates are also included to change the headers. You must open the file in Powerpoint for the layout and images to display correctly.

When printing the posters it is recommended to print them in color for best appearance and for visual differentiation. Every letter card has its own unique color. In the print setting you’ll want to choose “shrink to fit” if it is an option in the print menu. This helps ensure the files print centered on each page and nothing gets cut off. Once printed, I’d suggest laminating them and then cutting each sheet on the dotted line. When you're done you’ll have 212 colorful word wall posters covering an entire classroom wall with words using the same theme for the ultimate word rich classroom or homeschool study cards.
